Flourish Community Solutions exists to support families to stay together safely, wherever possible, while ensuring the wellbeing and protection of children remains paramount.
Driven by a commitment to choice, quality, and safety, we work alongside families experiencing complexity to strengthen relationships, build capacity, and reduce risk. Our approach recognises that families are best supported when they are understood in context — and when interventions are practical, respectful, and focused on sustainable change.
We specialise in working within the child protection and family preservation space, supporting families to address concerns related to safety, care, and wellbeing while maintaining children’s connection to family, culture, and community wherever it is safe to do so.

Our practice is underpinned by robust child-safe principles, clear risk assessment processes, and a strong ethical framework. We actively identify, assess, and manage risk, while supporting families to make meaningful and lasting changes that enhance children’s safety and developmental outcomes.
How We Work With Families
We use a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach to support families navigating complex challenges. By drawing on diverse professional expertise, we are able to:

Strengthen parenting capacity and family functioning
Support safety planning and behaviour change
Work collaboratively to reduce the need for statutory intervention wherever possible
Our work is strengths-based and relational, recognising that sustainable change occurs when families are actively involved in decisions about their lives and feel supported rather than judged.

We work in close collaboration with statutory services, community organisations, and other professionals to develop coordinated responses that prioritise children’s safety while supporting family stability.
